Beaten Starcraft II's story mode... Just in time too, gonna be away from this comp for the weekend. Good stuff with a interesting ending, but now I have to freaking wait for Heart of the Swarm... Still haven't got a chance to play as Zerg though T_T

Just finished the Redcliff quest and now have them for an ally. Also I went back Click for Spoiler: . I did miss out on the Reaver specialization but I just didn't feel like going through all that again at the moment. The battle with the high dragon helped me become better with the combat system, all my characters are now a lot better customized. Gathering my supplies before I go after these wolves in the Breccliean(sp?) forest. Also I'm encountering a lot more enemies as I travel from city to city. Anyway good times.

I'm still playing The West and that free farm game I've been tinkering with. Good stuff.

Played some Battletoads at a friend's house last night. He sucks, he seems to have everything. He even has Earthbound.

Brother bought "Samruai Shodown Sen" and "Record of Agarest War"... I'm having more fun with SSS, I'm not too good with strategy RPG/Dating Sim hybrids.

yeah it is. You can buy a book and save & then reload your previous save. A glitch made it where it would be on all your save files as long as you have it on one....if that makes sense. Anyway haven't seen the book for it yet.

Anyway just finished the Dalish quest. Click for Spoiler: Anyway now I'm level 14 and have gone with the blood mage specialization, everyone else in my party is level 13. Now I'm in Orzamar(sp?). Did the gauntlet with my mage...instantly transformed into a Dark Revenant and went to work.

oh god not you too ;_;

Played some FF9 today, almost beat it, but then got to the first final boss and after one attack he killed 3 members of my party and it was like "Ok, guess I'm going to get 10 more levels".

I want to go back and get those levels now, but... *sigh*

Oh wow this is depressing.

Yeah I went to save Persona 4, only the system would not let me for some reason. My PS3 did not detect a save file, and it said that there was not enough memory in the virtual card to make one. I attempted to make a new virtual card but apparently you cannot access that feature when you are playing a PS2 game on a PS3, or even access a physical PS2 memory card for that matter. It was over 2 hours since I saved the game. I decided to cut my losses and exited out of the game. When I went into the virtual memory on the PS3, I did not see one Persona 4 save file listed. What I say instead were two corrupted save files. I guess they were both Persona 4. That sucked. So I decided to pole around on my physical memory card since I figured there had to be an older save there. Nothing.

Yeah thats right, my 47 hour game of Persona 4 is officially gone. Uncool.

And the thing is I am nuts enough to play through all of it again. Probably not right away though. Still, I am really miffed right now.

Jesus christ...damn, I have a lot of Persona saves on my PS3 too. Better be cautious about that next time when we want to save a PS2 game on the PS3.

My advice after all this is to create a spare virtual memory card that is empty as an emergency back up just in case. For some reason it seems on the PS3 when you are playing a PS2 game on the PS3 you cannot access virtual memory cards or make a new one, or even a physical one when it is put in. All you can do is adjust the "port" the virtual cards are plugged into.

Jeez. Sorry about that. I had the same thing happen to me with my Final Fantasy VI file. I was only one dungeon and a bit of training away from beating the game, and I ended up losing all my data because I hit my restarted the GBA at the worst possible ultra-nano second possible. I took me a month to get myself to start playing the game. That's why it took me so long to beat the game >_>;

I finally beat Final Fantasy IX last night. Click for Spoiler:

When the theme that plays at the beginning of Final Fantasy IV started playing I really did almost cry though, haven't been hit so hard by music like that since "To the stars" played during the credits of the Beijing Olympics.

Same thing happen to me once on Persona 3. I saved but I guess it didn't work and my file was gone. But I only lost like 2 hours of gameplay since I still have the original save on a PS2 memory card. That's the only game I ever see that happen on the PS3. And I do play a lot of PS2 games on it.

Blazblue Continiun Shift. Realize again how much I suck but I love this game so much.

That sucks a lot Si1ver

But doesn't match up to losing 120-ish hours of Disgaea PSP data because of someone saving over your file. Raaaag.
